I specialize in my Piping Hot Binding and Piping Hot Curves techniques. My quilts are loosely based on traditional patterns and showcase precision piecing, thread embellishments, and details. Spagetti 12wt cotton thread by WonderFil colors by Susan K Cleveland Wonderfil Spagetti 12wt cotton thread, 400m (~440yds) $8 (click on photo for more info and ordering) I've worked with the Canadian thread company, Wonderfil, to design 20 colors of their fabulous 12wt cotton thread, Spagetti. This is the nicest 12wt cotton on the market because it is so smooth. It's double-gassed and tightly twisted so machines love it. It's great for machine or hand quilting, machine or hand applique, redwork, wool applique, pick stitching fine garments, and many other applications. I use it for quilting bold lines, for stitching over piping, and for embellishing prairie points. (90/14 topstitch machine needle with regular 50 or 60wt cotton thread in bobbin or 8 between hand sewing needle) Note: Colors may appear differently on various displays/printers.
